Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2026. Last updated: July 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is and is not allowed on nextduo. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to this AUP, do not use nextduo.

1. 18+ Platform

nextduo is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. You may not access, register for, or use the Service unless you are at least 18. We require age confirmation before signup and collect date of birth during onboarding for age verification. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation

You may not create, upload, share, solicit, distribute, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage with Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors in any way. Any such activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, content removal, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

3. Exploitation, Trafficking, and Coercion

You may not use nextduo to engage in, facilitate, promote, coordinate, or solicit:

• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation;
• Sexual violence, coercion, threats, blackmail, extortion, or intimidation;
• Non-consensual sexual content, including intimate images or media shared without consent;
• Any attempt to exploit, pressure, deceive, or manipulate another person into sexual activity.

4. Sexual Content and Profile Rules

nextduo does not allow sexually explicit profile content. Profiles, photos, bios, prompts, messages, usernames, and linked content may not contain explicit nudity, pornographic content, sexual services, solicitation, sexual violence, or non-consensual sexual content.

5. Scams, Fraud, and Phishing

You may not use nextduo for phishing, impersonation, spam, deceptive links, romance scams, investment scams, account theft, credential harvesting, payment fraud, or any scam activity intended to defraud, deceive, manipulate, or steal from end-users of the platform.

6. Harassment, Hate, and Harmful Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, bully, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another user;
• Post hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content;
• Share private or personally identifying information without consent;
• Encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal activity;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Platform Integrity

You may not use bots, scrapers, automated tools, unauthorized integrations, exploits, reverse engineering, or other methods that interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or intended operation of nextduo.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report activity to authorities or relevant service providers when we believe this AUP has been violated or when required by law. Safety features, including blocking and reporting, are available to all users at no cost.
